Kodak Rebate for Portra Films

There's one line on this rebate form that I don't understand. It says, "To receive your $20 rebate by mail, purchase 5 single rolls or a five-pack of KODAK PROFESSIONAL PORTRA 160NC, PORTRA 160VC, PORTRA 400NC, PORTRA 400VC, or PORTRA 800 Film." This statement is almost dead center in the rebate form. Gee, if that's all that's required, then why do I need to spend $125 on film to get this rebate? What am I missing here?

I saw that and don't get it either. It will take far more than five rolls of film to get to $125. Maybe five five-packs would do it, but that part of the form is not clear.

My initial thought on this rebate offer was that Kodak was hinting about the price increase... to $25 per roll. 😀
