Is there a way to tell whether my konica c35 meter is working accurately without having a meter.

Hmm...that's a bit tricky. I suppose you have one of the older models (not the plastic ones), if so you can use Sunny 16 to have an estimate. It is however not that easy to tell if it is precise, as the meter reading in the viewfinder shows both shutter speed and aperture on the same line, but you should be able to get a usable estimate.

it would be quite hard because the konica c35 has a minimum aperture of f/14 and top shutter speed of 650
