I went down the Going To The Sun road to Kalispell, MT and spent the night in the Waterton Park and took some landscape shots with the X100s.
Overall I have no regrets, this camera is small and light that I could shoot with it all day.

I could use a wider FL and maybe a long one (*cough* X-Pro1) but the 28mm and 35mm can get most of my shots, I have a EOS3 w/ 70-200 4L if I want some reach.

thanks all, I just love the simplicity of 1 small camera with 28mm lens for landscape, so pleasant to carry around than my 5DII + 17-40L.
I'm not a big fan of the panoramic mode on the X100/s, last shot was 5 images stitched together.
Beautiful shots like 1,2& 4. Is the last shot using panoramic mode?

yes, all these shots were taken with the 28mm.
I find I use the 35mm more when on the streets but for landscape I tend to use the 28mm all the time

Lovely shots! #4 is my favorite. I really like 5 as well.

What kind of workflow do you have for the X100s photos? RAW? JPG? Software?
