leica 24 ASPH elmarit price check?

Got to pay for that M8 and 28 elmarit some how. Any suggestions? Thanks

Could you be a bit clearer? Are you asking for the going price of a used 24/2.8? If so (a) do a search on PN, and (b) go to eBay, enter the item in the search engine, click on "Completed" listings on the left of the page and study the resultant list.

Yes, price check for a 24 asph emarit. I thought I was pretty clear. Nothing really on ebay completed listings.

Sorry if I seem a bit thick. Leica jacked the price up $400-500 last year when the M8 came out. I bought a used one earlier last year for $1500 and a new one later for $2K from Popflash. The cheapest price Tony currently has on this lens is $2537. Your price will depend on condition but if you bought before the big price increase you stand to make a few hundred dollars on the lens. I would think one in excellent shape with all papers, boxes etc. should easily fetch $2K. It is a wonderful lens.
