Leica 24mm Finders

Does the 24mm finder for the D-Lux 4 (Part #18696, marked 24mm) show the correct view on an M9 or are the brightline frames suited to a different format sensor?

Yes, I have one for use with my M9 and SLR 24mm lenses.
This 24mm VF shows 24mm field for 24x36.
Just the round corners bothered me at first, but with use this is less ennoying than the

"35" field inside (which can help to center the framing).
Parallax aid line is for 0.7m at top.
