Do you mean the dedicated Leica case?? If you do, then from memory they are about $40 from B&H or Adorama.
If you're after a true eveready case, I'm not so sure but I think there was a German compant making specialised cases for high end stuff and I assume the Minilux would be on thier list.
BTW, the standard Black minilux case is also used for other Leica cameras such as the Leica Mini Zoom. They go reasonably chaep on ebay and as it turns out, takes reasonable quality photographs for a P&S. I paid about $50 for case and camera on the bay, although I think that was cheaper than usual
Meanwhile, I'll try to reference the German company that makes the cases.
