Leica IIIC converted to IIIF black Dial

Hello, Someone is offering me a leica IIIC converted to IIIF black Dial for $250 USD. Good deal or not?

Just asking for some comments before I get my hands on it. Thanks!

Offhand it sounds like a good price, but condition is everything. If it needs a CLA (it probably does--it could be 50 years since it had one), it will add to the cost. That's to be expected, and not a deal-breaker. If the shutter curtain needs replacement that will add another$110 or so. However, if it looks well cared for, not banged and skinned up, I'd say that is a good price. Does the price include a lens? That would be another plus.

It is not a rare conversion, though it can fetch good money if in excellent condition with self timer.
