Leica M series white paper

Hi all.
In my lust after some nice Leica M (even though used those are over my budget) I'm getting lost in models offered in various places (from forums to Ebay, KEH and similar).
I'd like to compile some kind of M-models specifications list and differences in features and usability between M2,3,4,5 and 6 as well as chronic problems inherent in particular models.
Where such can be found online ?
