Leica M4-2 Repair question

I'm looking at buying a M4-2 (1500000+ SN) for $400 this afternoon from my local camera shop. It looks great, no cosmetic damage, rangefinder clear, contrasty, etc. The only problem I could find is that 1/8th fires at 1/60th and 1/1000th is a little slow (checked by machine). Any thoughts on CLA cost or if the shutter speed is going to be a big fix? Everything else on the camera looks and seems to work great. $400 + CLA (~$100?) seems like it would be a pretty good deal.
