I have an Optech strap in both of my M5 bodies. Since they do not need rings, it makes it easy to use these straps instead of other, more expensive ones. And they come in different colors! :)

Here's one for sale on eBay.
Essentially it was a leather loop with a buckle, essentially a miniature pants belt, that would work a bit like the BlackRapid straps. Just another neat and underrated innovation I love about the M5.
Like a lot of people, I have a 3-lug model and use the Domke straps, particularly the ones with the swivel connectors. Makes detangling multiple cameras a lot easier.

This one came with my M5, not sure if it's exclusive to the model or if it's a later version. 1 1/4" neoprene and nylon tails with a nifty locking clasp.
