+1 on Luton. I had an M3 resilvered by them years ago.


You might also look into Kanto. Not sure, but seems like something they’d take on without batting an eye.

Not sure if he's retired or not, but:

Malcolm Taylor (details are on this site or google his name and 'Leica' for address)

Apparently Leica have used him in the past to restore old and valuable cameras for them.
