http://www.fotocasion.es/ is the best shop in Madrid and perhaps in Spain.

Thanks! Do you happen to know if they stock second-hand? Looking forward to visit Madrid again

Thanks for the information. I was able to find the shop (thanks to Google maps on my phone). This is in fact one of the most impressive photo shops I have seen

Fotocasion has a big section of used cameras on display, a beautiful sight!
Other 2 shops worth paying a visit:
Casanova Foto, near Menendez Pelayo metro station [http://www.casanovafoto.com/], which has a big selection of used gear, but they keep most of their 2nd hand stock in the Barcelona shop. They update their stock on the website, so it's better to check there and if there is anything interesting, call them and ask them to bring to Madrid. I bought 2 Canon 50/0.95 lenses there for a somewhat low price.
Fotoganga, near Embajadores metro station [www.fotoganga.com], has a small display with used cameras in the shop, they have some pretty cool stuff but often overpriced imho. they also keep their used stock on their website, worth checking it out before paying a visit to the shop and calling if anything interesting is spotted.
The sunday flea market on Ribera de Curtidores, "El Rastro", didn't have much Leica stuff being sold around, and if anything shows up it might be not in good conditions.
There is also a shop which I haven't visited because they were always closed, near the east side of Retiro park, called Cine Camera, something like this... if any local knows this place, please leave some feedback
From your last post I'm not sure you've already left Madrid, but anyway I thought it'd be good to leave the tips here
