I never knew this was going on. Congrats to the 60 who made the cut.

Is that that a Leica sponsored competition or a Flickr thing ? Never heard of it before so just curious.

The competition was open to anybody who shot with a Leica lens or Leica camera. Not sponsored by Leica. Set up and run by the Stephen Bartels Gallery in London which specialises in exhibiting Leica photography. www.stephenbartelsgallery.com

Oh Wow, didn't know I made it in the top 60 but got downed in the Top 30.. Such is Life 🙄

You got? I saw your photo in the top 60, and it was definitely among the top 10 for me.

Actually, I quickly went through the 60 images when I first saw the link and put each one in one of four "piles": excellent, good, not bad, delete. These groups had 7, 25, 17, and 7 pictures respectively. The total is less than 60, as all the photos would not show. Eric Kim's is one of those. I expected one from my "excellent pile" to win, but it seems at least Helen's didn't make it to top 30 then.
