I have just received my Leicatime case and am absolutely thrilled to bits with it. The case is a work of art made by a craftsman of the highest order.
I was unaware of the problems Luigi was having until I emailed him to ask about my order as I though I should have had it after 7 or 8 days.
I received a prompt reply with an explanation of what had happened, all my details were lost in cyberspace.
That was three days ago and discounting the 1st May my case was posted on the 2nd and arrived today 4th.
When I opened the package not only was my case but a present of a black deluxe strap and a Leica keyring. Luigi also sent me a note sensing my disappointment at the delay.
I have dealt with many firms and mostly sense the transactions cold and clinicial.
Luigi, on the other hand has the personal and caring touch and I would very highly recommend him.
