Leitz adaptor

Hi, I have a screw to m adaptor that came with a cv lens and it is marked leitz 5cm am i right in thinking that it will bring up the 50mm frameline on a m mount camera, it is surpless so i was thinking of selling it or just keeping it as a spare if it is not worth selling.Thanks in advance for any input.

Your Bessa R cameras have manual frame selection if I am correct. Leica M's, the CLE and Hexar have automatic frame selection. The Zeiss Ikon too I think.
You can use the adapter on your Bessa T.

Yep, that sounds like it should bring up the 50mmm frame. If you're selling it I might be interested - I need a couple for super wide angles, so the auto frame lines wouldn't matter anyway. Feel free to drop me a PM and let me know how much you'd want for it.

Thanks guys i guess i will just keep it i have an adaptor on my 25, 35,50,15,28 and two spare all cv adaptors so i was supprised to see the leitz adaptor on the 25 when i bought it.Thanks again.
