Having just got my Milich Filter holder/lens hood for my CV 15mm lens I searched old threads for advice on lens caps. The end result was buying a Kaiser 68mm plastic push-on cap from Fotospeed in the UK for £2.77 + VAT. It fits perfectly and is a cheap simple unbranded lens cap.
