light leaks and possible advance issue?

So I've noticed on a few photos I got back recently (minolta himatic 7sii)that I'm having some light light issues. Vertical stripes and some almost orb like spots. Just curious if anyone would be able to diagnose where exactly the leak is (and an explanation on what causes the vertical stripes, other than the obvioius light getting to it.)

Also I just now noticed when I was loading another roll of film that after the film had caught and tightened on the first advance that once it was tight (mid advance) the film itself stopped advancing almost like it hadn't actually caught but still had about halfway to go on the actual lever. Then I released the shutter and advanced the film again and it went all the way (not stopping midway like before.) I closed the door and repeated the process two more times until the number 1 was in the window and the rewind spun both times all the way through like normal. So it seems like there is probably no issue but it seemed weird that the film just stopped moving mid advance on the first go. Is this normal and i just haven't noticed yet?

One last issue. When I was rewinding the film earlier I noticed about halfway through I heard a strange noise (I can't quite remember but I want to say it sounded like grinding for the last half every other second or two)) then it got a tiny bit tighter than normal when it's about to let go of the end and then finally let go. All of the film made it into the canister so I know it didn't break off.

I see some 'orbs' on the upper right of the vertical first image, but I don't see anything on the last two photo in the lower right which is where they should be.

charjohncarter this last two images are showing the the vertical film burns. you can see them in the tarp of the tent in the second and at the top left on the third

I had advance issues like yours and diagnosis was not economically repairable.

Common source of leaks is worn / aged /deteriorated foam seals where back meets the camera chassis.

ajtruhan - no local used camera dealer/repair/processing shop

Ronald M- what exactly where your issues? Like i said that only thing that I've noticed is that it stopped advancing just on the first advance. the next 6 advances seem to have been normal as far as i can tell. I shut the door and was just judging by whether or not the rewind lever would spin when I advanced
