Lily Dale is a small town in western New York state inhabited entirely by Spiritualists. A weird and pretty place. I spent the afternoon there with my wife on Monday, because it's down the hill from my in-laws'. I decided to make a photoessay out of the day, and here are the results:

I've never tried to "do" a place like this before, deliberately, so I'm curious what criticisms people might have of my approach to the subject. If I had more than the two hours I did that day, I would have loved to shoot more people--portraits of mediums, etc. But this is what I came up with.
BTW, these are not RF shots--they're with a DSLR, which is all I had with me at the time. Hope this is OK--I'm just generally concerned with my aesthetic, and how I'm reacting to the material. Thanks!
