Linhof Technika 70 - LINHOF PRACTICE book 4th edition

I have a 4th edition of Linhof Practice book - 250 pages of excellent reading and references - but many of the pages are loose and falling out. When it first started happening I laboriously cut thin 2mm strips of double sided tape using a scalpel and straight edge and stuck the pages back into the binding. However, now the disintegration is so bad that this remedy is no longer practical. The problem seems to be common with this edition and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced same and if so have you found a viable remedy? This is a scarce book by virtue of its demand and it commands a premium price on the secondhand market.
