I'm looking at getting some litho film to make negatives that will be used for contacting printing in alternative process photographs. Waaay back in the past, I always used Kodalith, which I loved ( and still have a few sheets left ).

I was wondering if anyone has used the Arista Ortho Litho film that Freestyle carries? How are the continuous tone negatives? Is it easy/difficult to work with? What's your overall opinion of it, basically?

Also, if there's any other film that fits the bill, I'm all ears. I'd probably need film that comes in 11 X 14 sheets, although I would also be using smaller sizes.

Thanks,
Jan

Never used it, but I think you should be able to do what you want with it. You can also look into Ilford Ortho Plus and Kodak T-Max 100, thought 11x14 might be special orders in those films. I think there is a Rollei ortho that comes in big sheets as well.
