The tiny Summaron M in silver with the focus lever and infinity lock is built like a tank. In January mine wouldn't focus nicely towards infinity. The helicoid looked like it might be tilted and the button press for the lock looked bent in. I don't remember dropping it, of course, but maybe i had bumped to going through a door. My enquiry about the mechanism of the damage led to the force that could be applied by the lever. Dismantling the lens saw that the problem was indeed only that. Straightening the lever and lubricating the lens restored it to normal function. Careful of those focus levers.
