One of the features of the RD1 firmware upgrades was long exposure noise reduction. Well I turned it "ON" and want to know what to expect. Has anyone noticed anything? Just how long IS a "long exposure"? I think this may be a dark frame subtraction processing alagorithm but I haven't noticed anything for exposures of a second or so. Maybe we're talking minutes before it kicks in.
