...and a Sekonic light meter. I'm really enjoying my Rollei 35 SE but I want another way to carry it and a light meter besides sticking both in my pants pocket. I have in mind a belt bag(?) of some kind that I could carry both in and have them ready when I want them. Any suggestions?

Does it have to be a pouch that attaches to your belt? You could quite easily use a belt bag / fanny pack / waist bag from anywhere. I rather like the Incase Side Bag. It's big enough to hold a small camera and a roll or two of film, but not much more beyond a slim wallet in the back. Nicely made, too. I carry a Contax T3 or Panasonic LX10 in it.

Currently, I'm using the bellroy sling:

It won't allow you to also fit the Sekonic meter - but the Rollei 35 fits nicely in a Lowepro Z10 pouch. It is what I use to carry and protect the camera when not in use.
There are at least 10 of them for sale on eBay.

Before you do anything else, hit up your local thrift shops. I find a LOT of nice little cases there. Cases for 1980s and 90s point & shoots are often perfect for a Rollei 35.
I have one of the LowePros, a couple (US-made) Tamracs. Even some of the camera branded ones are very good.
