Come on it's only Japanese, it's not that hard to understand...
The first two videos is an introduction to the M3 with a bit of camera and Leica history. They compare the M3 design to the screw mount cameras, too. He then proceeds to take apart the M3, if you want a step-by-step guide for the top plate removal in English:

I'd like to watch the last 4 videos, but for some reason I cannot stream them now, maybe some other forum members can pitch in to describe the rest?
