Just browsed the local classifieds for some fun and came across an abnormally high amount of M9s. Usually you're hard pressed to see one on there but I saw 3 or 4, floating around that 3k mark some with lenses.
I'd say this would be a good time to buy an M9 if you were looking in Toronto.
