LTM to M adapter for 75mm lenses

Does CV (or anyone) make a LTM to M adapter that will bring up the 75mm frames on an M camera? I ordered an M8, and the 75CV lens would be a nice portrait lens (1.33 crop), but what could you use as a finder if the proper frames cannot be brought up?

Any 50 adapter including the Leica ones will bring up the 75 lines as they are paired with the 50 ones. 😉
