I just bought a M4 at a very reasonably price, and I was as happy as a man could ever be, but there´s something that I didn`t discover until I rewind the first roll. Rewinding as a effort was kind a sticky, so heavy that I thought that the film would tear apart. How´s your M4´s?

Have you turned the film rewind lever on the front of the camera?
Mine rewinds smoothly.

Just check the rewind knob action without a film. If it is still sticky there is your problem.
Make sure that the rewind lever/knob are not set to low so that it touches the top plate

Yes, I have turned the key, and the lever doesn´t touch the top plate, but it´s still very heavy, I have a M2 to also, and it feels somehow more heavy? Strange, isn´t it?
