M6 TTL with 35mm Asph Summicron

I may have the opportunity to purchase an M6 TTL .72 with a 35mm F/2.0 ASPH Summicron from a local guy for $2,400. I wanted to ask the opinion of the knowledgeable RFF members if this was a reasonable price for it. It's being sold by the original owner with manuals boxes etc. included and is in excellent condition and has no marks. I haven't seen it yet but will do so before I decide to purchase it. I don't have the serial numbers as of yet. Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks Todd & swoop. If the guy decides not to sell, I'll purchase a user M4-P from a RFF user so either way I'm on the verge of getting my first Leica. Can't wait.

Yep! $1,200 for the lens would be a great price. So, $1,200 for each piece sounds right to me.
