So I've got an M8 and recently got a 1950's era 35mm summaron. The lens seems to be in decent shape and takes sharp images. However, I've noticed that when on, the viewfinder shows the 50+75mm frame lines rather than the 24+35mm frame lines.
Is this a known issue with older lenses or does mine have an issue?
Edit: I should mention that his is the non-goggled version of the 35mm summaron.

If it's an early 50's summaron (pre M2 days) then there would have been no frame lines for 35mm. I think someone mentioned there's a spot you can file down on the mount to make it pull up the 35mm lines, but I don't know where that is. Hope that helps a bit.

Awe... That would totally make sense.
