MA Photography Degree Show, Brighton University

I'm shortly graduating from the master's degree photography course at the University of Brighton, and our graduation exhibition is on from 21 to 27 Sept, if anyone cares to visit.

My project Insecta:
"It is the failure of the archive and collecting that Insecta explores. Dust and disintegration are the hallmarks of the fragments of insect collections I depict. These creatures have died twice, first poisoned in killing jars, then turned by time into ruins. What remains are cul-de-sacs: their stored knowledge dissipated, their context lost."

Nice mood to the series, and some good images in your portfolio. I especially like the still life style compositions of the butterfly and the candle; in general I like the way you use light.
