I can give you a grip in exchange for postage (from Australia) - an ebay seller just sold it to me as suiting a C330, but it is identical to the one I have for the M645 (and does not suit the C330 as the handle is canted back). The seller refunded the money but said to keep it or find it a good home.

Hi,
There are basically two generations of Mamiya 645's: The first generation is every model up to the 1000S. Those have no interchangeable backs and the finders, insets and grips are compatible. The second generation started with the 645 Super and also includes the Pro and AF. Those have interchangeable backs and parts can be used within that generation.
The lenses can be used on every Mamiya 645, except for the AF lenses which require an AF camera.
Regards,
Philipp

that woulfd be nice but i have a question ? it is a left hand grip, that mean that you have to focus with the right hand ?I can give you a grip in exchange for postage (from Australia) - an ebay seller just sold it to me as suiting a C330, but it is identical to the one I have for the M645 (and does not suit the C330 as the handle is canted back). Good morning! (For me, anyway!)
Yes, it is the left-hand grip, with a trigger to release the shutter, and you operate the focus and aperture ring with the right hand. These do not work well with the waist-level finder, as the handle is canted backwards a little for a comfortable angle with a prism finder.
I will weigh the parcel tonight when I get home, and work out the postage. You are in Paris?

Wow, that's great!
By coincidence, I am currently borrowing the exact same camera from the owner of the local lab!

Ahh! I think the cost of postage is becoming ridiculous! Australia Post wants to charge too much, I think, for this little parcel. AUD$26.40 = €15.50. I would imagine you might be able to find one locally for less than this, but if not, let me know!
Best wishes!

Shooter of Film...
Congrats on the great gift...
I also have the m645 1000s...it's a great camera...solid but heavy...
I found it hard to find information online...I learned alot off of ebay...go figure...
I just won a WLF on ebay last week...so I can't help with that...
Most of the auctions out there will explain which body the accessories will fit...
Good Luck...make sure there's a fresh battery in there before you go shooting...
