Just wondering if anyone else besides me finds this Kenko setup better than the flip up setup from Mamiya?

Never used either one. I seldom use polarizers actually. But I have GG if I don't trust my ability to look through it and get it the same way after it is mounted. Looks like a good setup if you use one often enough to make the expense worth it.

I don't have a Mamiya, but I use the Kenko system on my 35mm RFs.

I use the Kenko on my Fuji GSW690III and with an adapter on my Fuji GA645i and it works perfect. In my opinion, the best system to use a polarizer with a RF camera

How is it better than the Mamiya flip up polarizer?
The Mamiya flip up polarizer allows one to:
1. Meter through the actual polarizer
2. Keep the hot shoe free
3. Use the same polarizer on any Mamiya 7II lens
I actually like the concept of the Kenko setup, but in the end thought there were a few advantages to the Mamiya flip up system.
