Just saw this byline on a newschannel. Is this true? How could it possibly have gotten there? Are there any pics?

As of Wednesday, I saw a report that said they had multiple reports of the manatee and where he was traveling, but no photographic proof as of yet.
He was lazing about near Tarrytown earlier this week. He actually started making the news when manatee trackers (who knew there was such a thing) reported him traveling past Delaware and then New Jersey.
