Leica LTM Match Technical Thumb Grip for Leica II?

I'm currently using the EP-1S from my M2 on my Leica II.

It feels pretty good, but I think it would fit better if the thumb rest part was closer to the flash shoe.

Anybody have any input on possibly a shorter version of the EP-1S?
