Ok, I've decided to go with a Epson R2880 and am looking for good matte or luster papers to use with it... something that feels like wet darkroom paper by Ilford. I do not want any glossy papers.
Can you offer me some starting points as to which papers I should look into?
I will be printing B&W and color.

I have had great success using Epson Enhanced Matte on my 4880; I've only used a 2880 a couple of times, but I think the Epson paper should work just as well on that. I also would recommend any of the matte and luster Hahnemulle papers. Does the 2880 have an "advanced B/W" setting for Cool, Neutral, Warm, and Sepia? If so, I have found the "Neutral" setting to provide stellar results.

As Mark says there are several matt papers in the Hahnemuhle range - I use their Photo Rag Ultra Smooth (305gsm) it is very slightly warm in tone but only slightly.
