I've been checking on these steps for a couple of years, as they remind me of a prison.
Today, I went looking for some rain on them, but that didn't happen so I waited a while and caught this guy hurrying down them. Like he had just escaped. I missed the focus a little (or perhaps it is movement blur), but I kind of like the overall effect. He obliged me in his position, his attire and expression.
The X100 is taking me away from 35mm film at quite a pace.

wow, that is a real, real close version of the movie character coming down those steps. it actually looks like it could be a still from the movie. albeit in colour
