Just received this lens from japan.
It seams like somethin is leaking from inside? Is it lube from CLA?

What should i use to try to clean in?

The whole ring between the barrel and the rear glass has that liquid.

I was going to say that it could be separation, but I think this is a simple lens with no cemented groups. It should not have some much lubricant that it leaks - could it be that someone has lubricated it to free up and sell? Does it smell of any solvents?

It does have a little smell. the rest of the lens seams fine and clean.
Is there a place on the west coast I can send it to be cleaned?

Why would somebody lubricate this lens to sale it considering it might leak in transport?

According to the interweb, where I just found a diagram, it's 4 single elements, with the rear glass (where the mark appears to be) well separated from the front three.

If you got if for a good price, keep it, if it was on the upper end, I'd return it.
If you feel competent to clean it, Isopropanol is cheap and should do the trick (you can also mix your own hand disinfectant with it). I use cosmetic cotton for stuff like this, but I don't know if it's generally recommended - anything not made for optical purposes isn't guaranteed to be free of abrasive particles.

As was recommended on the Leica forum, definitely return it. You can easily buy another Minolta or a Konica for about the same money or less.
