I got this camera with the 28-80mm 1:3.5-5.6 and 75-300mm 1:4.5-5.6 Maxxum AF zooms in a junktique store last week. Nice little consumer outfit with enough features to keep anyone busy figuring them all out. The 28-80 that came with it has a fault where it will not auto-focus past 60mm, so I swapped it out with a 28-80 D lens, the third and final version in the line.

It’s mostly plastic, so it doesn’t invite a feeling of sturdiness in its operation. That said, it works really well, especially in Program mode. AF is quick and accurate, film loading is easy, and it won’t weigh you down on an all day excursion.

See all the photos at https://flic.kr/s/aHskfL9xvq for explanations as to what, if any, corrections were made to them.

I should have used the mono-pod as the right frame is a bit shaken
