A Point & Shoot film camera with Auto Focus, multiple Scene Modes, and a 38-140mm zoom lens, it handles very well with a good performance.

Lens really excells on closeups. Nice P&S camera. Can't use flicker too much right now. My browser is so outdated flickr works poorly. Wife is getting ready to change over to firefox. I always hated IE anyhow but she is suppose to be the comp. guru round here, but I'm begining to wonder.

Can't agree more and yet people underestimate P&S's.

Thanks, Greg. I get lucky every so often down at Goodwill.
I've been using Chrome on my older computer (the one with XP), and haven't found any issues other than when the Flickreenos act up, and try to make things "better".
Thanks, David. I suppose I'll always have a few P&S cams around for general usage.

I have a few Minolta compacts that I should put through their paces. I have just not seemed to have fallen in love with them, like I have the Pentax, Samsung, and Canon compacts. The same could be said for my small collection of Fujica cameras. And for some reason, the Olympus AF compacts have not set my world on fire, even though I got some excellent results from the Stylus and the AF10.
Or maybe I just have too many cameras.

Hi,
I seem to have that trouble but I always like the one I'm using until about half way through the cassette and then I start thinking of another one I should have used.
Perhaps they are best used/carried as complimentary pairs? Now there's a thought...
It might turn into one of those everlasting threads. ;-)

For the record, I was also shooting with an Olympus OM-2N, so I have a couple of comparison shots, only in B&W.
