Minolta Hi-Matic AF vs. AF2

Hi everyone. I just got a busted Hi-Matic AF for Xmas, but before I can play with it, it's in the shop for some minor repair. I went online did some research, and found there is an 'AF' model. Similar in appearance, does anybody know what the differences are? Thanks in advance.

Hi - I just got my hands on an AF2, and it's a minty gem. But I don't really know the difference. Which one do you have, the AF2 also, or the AF? The only thing I don't like so far is the loud beep it makes when you need flash - a light alone would be enough I think. But I can't wait to try it out. I have a site with a bunch of my cameras at d2gallery.com and will add this soon. Still searching for a manual online too. Let me know how you make out with yours. -Bob

some stuff about the AF is at the bottom. The English is a bit bad but it helped me a little bit...
