Miranda EE-2 repair

Does anyone have any idea how to get the shutter speed dial and wind on lever (they're concentric) on a Miranda EE-2 off ? I can remove the dial cover but can't seem to see how to get the ASA dial and the little button in the middle off.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
