Looks like you had fun! Intriguing results... The combination of water and a cat in mid-air reminds me of a photo by Philippe Halsman. Everything was in mid-air: Salvador Dali with his brush, his easel, the water, the cat...

Dali Atomicus - I read where it took Halsman 6 hours and 28 throws of the cats (there were three) to get that photograph. The cats must have been rather peeved after that session! Not to mention Dali. It was done in 1948 for Life magazine.
