A few more picts from the Leica m240 in Mexico City, all shot with 50mm summilux pre asph and a 28mm 2.8 elmerit.

I love the camera, but the dust in the sensor is killing me, i tried using the blower, which works perfectly with my nikons and hasnt help at all. I took my D800 to Holi Festival in India was a complete mess the camera, and not even a spot of dust.

Hi guys thanks for the nice comments! I am still getting to know the city... There is a lot to shoot out there, will continue posting a few more picts!

Very enjoyable and I also like your processing. And my curiosity about the 50 pre-ASPH has been rekindled... Regarding the M240 and dust: same here. I have to check it carefully before each shoot, else I'm guaranteed to have a few significantly annoying spots. Helps to shoot everything at or near wide open. :) Well, isn't that how Leica lenses have been optimized?

Monochrom muchas gracias!
rscheffler, heheh I always loved shooting wide open, but recently started seeing the magic, if it exists, on shooting closing down the lens, not f22, because of diffraction, but at least to f11, and already over f9 I start seeing horrible chunks of dust. I live in Mexico, so there is no Leica authorized dealer to take the camera to....will have to learn to live with it, or when i have the possibility of traveling to USA, taken it to a Leica dealer.
