While shooting some photos of my son-in-law, I stupidly positioned him so that the end of one of the light booms was in the photo. Turned out that I really liked the pose... the clone stamp is the only resort.
I'm very pleased with the result, really surprised it came out so well.
 
Very well done! Wow, that must've taken a while.

I almost never photoshop any film shots this way, unless the shot is really worth saving by means of clearing the distraction such as you have demonstrated here. Very well done; can't tell on the final shot.
 
It was around 3-4 hours, I guess. The tattoos and the shirt wrinkles worried me the most. When I first looked at the original photo, I thought no way, but what the hell, I'll give it a go. Surprised even myself. Like Dr. McCoy on ST:TOS once said, "I think I could cure a rainy day!"

Good job!. I know how tedious this type of work is. I've done it on a few of my photos, as well.
