I sent my Lynx 14E away to Mark Hama in Georgia in late November and it is back home. The shutter was frozen and all the rings on the lens moved stiffly or not at all. Not only did he do a complete CLA but also replaced the top plate which had a previous owners name and ID number etched into the metal. The camera looks and sounds perfect and the lens rings move like silk (with just the right amount of dampening)! She is loaded up with film and ready to go.

I highly recommend his services if anyone needs a Yashica brought back to life.

Are you still sure it is the same camera you sent for CLA?

Pretty sure - as near as I can tell. He sent the old top plate back. As far as the lens and other parts are concerned, they are in better condition then when sent away. The meter works great too. I checked it against my Sekonic and it is comparable.
