We know the nex works so nice with the old lenses, but really it's like 60% perfect because of the crop issue.
But the day has to come.
The compact EVIL full frame, M9 sized or smaller.
Then life will be 99% perfect.
And I'll be glad I have all these silly old lenses!
Right?
I say 2 years max and we will have one.

You mean the E mount is wide enough for full frame on the "NEX Pro"?
I knew there had to be a reason to have all these old lenses.

I can't really see anyone spending the money on building a 35mm, mirrorless camera, unless they also build lenses that accommodate it. ie. Leica and maybe Cosina and Zeiss.

I use Nikon rear lens caps (the cheap translucent ones) on my 16mm E-mount lens when it's off the camera. The only reason you can't use the hard plastic rear caps is they turn the wrong way, but they are the same size. By my reasoning, if Nikon can build FX cameras with that mount diameter, I see no reason that Sony can't..You mean the E mount is wide enough for full frame on the "NEX Pro"?![]()
