if, rather than simply pasting the url for your gallery, you encode it as follows.

[ url= "insert url of your gallery in quotes" ] Whatever text you would like to use [ /url ]

That will wrap the link and your text in the necessary code to embed it the way you described.

You will, however, need to remove the spaces I inserted above (which I had to do to keep the forum from parsing my response as a line of code, rather than instructions).
