I've been enjoying these two cameras at different times for the last few years. Thought I should share some photos here. Not sure how to post a photo though... let me try.

1. Mamiya 7, 43 lens
2. Mamiya 7, 65 lens
3. Mamiya 6, 50 lens

great shots, what I love about them, and the Mamiya 6 I used to have is their ability to capture both the fine details and the creamyness/smoothness of subtle tonal shifts, as shown in your shots above.

Thanks Meow. Yes, agree with you about subtle tonal shift - some people complain about them being too contrasty though... that's not my experience anyway.

I love them for landscape as they are compact and small (well, relatively) and captures a great amount of details.

I really regret selling the 6...

they are only too contrasty for those who do not know how to expose and develop properly. There are more people than you would expect plonking down big money on cameras who dont know the basics.

Lovely shots and I agree on the look. Mamiya 7 lenses are truly spectacular.

Beautiful. The contrast is fine, very fine.

The Mamiya 6 is my favorite camera. One of the reasons I have two of them.

> Finder - you should lend me one of them... haha... too late now, sold the 6 with all lenses...

> Turtle - yeah, the lenses are small and great. Wish they have more speed though

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I haven't got any of them framed and printed yet but will definitely do it. My favourite are the first and last shots.

Love both Mamiya 7 and 6 and I fully understand why people always pull their hair as to which one to buy and keep
