Still loving the camera. The M8 is a superb camera and mine has been 100% glitch free after 1800 snaps!

Steve,
Love the work you are doing with the M8!
I really do like mine but it and my three lenses have been in NJ for focus check - going on two weeks. Luckily I have my MP and ZI and a 40 Rokkor at home. I love my film cameras and I hope my M8 comes home soon!

Thanks for the comments. I have narrowed my lenses down to 4 and this is all I will be purchasing for a long while. I use the VC 15, Leica 21 2,8 PRE ASPH, 35 Cron ASPH and 50 Lux ASPH (LHSA). Id like the 90 F4 but my wallet has to take a break for about a year after all of this gear!
Thanks

Awesome pics Steve...
I will be getting my M8 soon and will be bugging you for tips.
How do you process your M8 files? Which program? B&W? Thanks.

Terrific work Steve. You are doing a great job! I am glad that I have also been completely problem free with mine after about 1400 images. Isn't it just so nice to have a digital Leica M? I mean, I still love the film M's, but it is so convenient to have a digital camera that is in the form factor of an M, uses its lenses and has similar optical performance. It is a real gift. The only other thing I could ask for is a way to make a perfect digital black and white negative that I could take to the darkroom and make a fiber print from.
