I don't spend enough time looking at the images and reading the posts in here, so I thought I'd post something of my own to give me a reason to come here more often. I'd appreciate anyone taking a look, and feel free to comment.

I took these on Tri-X 400 and Pan F 50 35mm film, and scanned on an old HP Photosmart S20 USB film scanner, at 2400x2400 resolution. I made only minimal adjustments to the levels for most of them. One or two required drastic adjustments to work due to their nature. They are not sharpened at all, but I do use unsharp mask to manipulate contrast in some shots.
Essentially, most are straight scans at greatly reduced resolution with minimal editing, no dust or scratch removal, no burning or dodging, nothing but global adjustments. Only one or two have any dust removal, and that was for obnoxious pieces in one section.
A few samples:
Thanks for looking. If you have any questions, the details are fresh in my mind, but I do have some notes as well.
(These images aren't on my forum gallery simply because I happen to already be paying for my own space.)
***A few pictures are technically in St. Paul, just across the river.***
